1994 was a shocking year for Mexico. An important politician from the ruling party is assassinated after a rally in Tijuana and everything suggests a conspiracy. Andrés Vázquez, an intelligence expert, is appointed to carry out a secret investigation parallel to the official investigation. But another agent, "El Seco", has been ordered to eliminate all the witnesses and make the evidence of the murder disappear. As he puts the pieces of the intricate puzzle in order, Andrés gets closer to the truth, but at the same time, he puts his life and that of his loved ones in danger.
