Gavilán, a boy of just 12, lives with his family in the Viaducto neighborhood, a port area surrounded by oil pipelines. It's summer vacation and together with Los Pibes, his group of friends, they spend their days on the street. An explosion threatens the neighborhood, the unexpected death of a friend and a frustrated plan to make a sexual debut, will bring the Sparrowhawk and his friends closer to some of the revelations that life has prepared for them: pain, sadness and the inevitable end of childhood.
