Documentary that invites the viewer to take a walk through different aspects that are transgressed and experienced by urban artists in the city of Bogotá. The tour will take into account the legal and governmental position, the vision, on the one hand, of urban artists and, on the other, that of private companies. Likewise, the stigmas, prejudices, problems and solutions that surround graffiti and hip-hop will be highlighted.
